I worked on the split corridor section of the Fortress of Solitude Raid. My contribution was world building, lighting and layout coordination with the Design Team. All the assets were created by other artists. The trick was lighting the level so you could see the team on the other side of the crystal wall. I focused the lighting on the back walls away from the clear crystal. This helped frame the viewing area with a silhouette by keeping the surface immediately surrounding the glass dark. The rest of the lighting was used to draw the players further into the map. All the crystals and broken snow are hand placed.
