Max Gauge was the first game I worked on at Big Grub when I came on board in 1998. It was my first staff job after bouncing around from contract to contract gig. The project was ultimately canceled and never released.
In the video I created the background tile sets, and created the levels. I have a vague recollection of working on the animations on the leaping 3D boss character.
